"Unsolicited Customers Testimonials"

Angel,
Your videos were perfect.  I was able to diagnose the problem (clutch assembly) and repair it. I went back to the videos several times to make sure I was putting the parts together correctly.  Now my wife is sending me to the store for Laundry Detergent!

Thanks for your videos and e-mail support.  Couldn't have done it without you.

Greg

Angel

I had to take the motor out...put the metal blower motor nut (that was stuck on the shaft) in a vice...and used a large socket to twist the "belt" end of the motor drive shaft"...until the nut gave way.

I had it all back together and working in less than 30 minutes.  Quiet as ever and drying loads very quickly now.

Saved me more than $200 and I enjoyed doing it.  Thanks for not only providing GREAT INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEOS but for giving me helpful advice as well!

TKS angel.

I am on the way to a rebuilt washer for the price of a clutch repair and a drive block.
YOU THE MAN.
Could never have done this on my own.

TKS a million. Or at least the 500 you saved me

Hello Angel,

Thank you for responding so quickly when I sent an SOS (I had lost the original link). With your "GE Washer Not Draining" video, this 60-year old Grandma got her washer unplugged and working! Your video was easy to follow and I appreciated the reminder to have old towels handy before disconnecting the hose and drain pipe from the pump. Thanks again, for helping me help myself

Natalie

Dear Angel,

After reviewing your video instructions carefully, I was able to install a belt and blower wheel on my brother-in-law's dryer. Your prompt response to my difficulties with the DVD's has allowed me to repair the dryer in a timely manner and saved them the cost of a repairman. I am grateful for your very generous and professional service.
Thank you again,
Stanley Kaneshiki

Angel,

Your videos are increasable. With them I had the confidence to completely disassemble my washer and completely clean it out and replace the worn parts.

It was a challenge to secure parts in Canada's northern Isolated reaches but a heck of a load of money saved.
Thanks for walking my through it.

Grant

Angel,
Your videos are great. You helped me fix my machine! The best $10 I ever spent.
Best regards,
Dick Crocker

Angel,

I finally finished my washer repair project!  Woo-hoo!  I could NEVER have done it without your videos!  They were invaluable.  In addition, your willingness to assist me via email and telephone were much appreciated.  I posted a link to your website on all of the washing machine repair forums, saying that I couldn't have done the repairs myself without the video.

Take care and God bless,
Carol

Angel,

Yes, I received the videos without any problems.  I was extremely impressed
and pleased with them.  The best money I have ever spent.  I must admit,
I was a little intimidated with taking the cover off my washer.

After watching you videos, I had all the confidence I needed to tear into the
project.  I could not believe how simple it was, with the help from your
videos.

They were clear, simple, thorough, and extremely accurate on the
steps involved.  The whole project, of replacing the water intake valve,
took less than 30 minutes and much of that was due to the tight location
of my machine.

I may have been able to pull it off without the videos,
but it would likely have been an all day project, best case, or a rather
expensive service call to a professional.

Great work and thanks to all involved with the creation of these extremely
helpful videos.  Your site is a permanent bookmark and I will recommend
it to anyone I know that has washer or dryer problems.

Thanks!

Tom Boucher

Hi Angel,

I got  the link straightaway and I as soon as I played the video, I started to repair of my Rover washing machine.  Thanks to your very clear instructions, I was able to fix it very easily.  The problem was with the motor coupler, I had a spare finger and rubber coupler from last time I had it repaired by a technician who charged me a lot.

I kept the broken parts, of course only one of the fingers was broken, the good one I kept as spare.  But I could not remember how he disassembled and replaced it because it was more than 5 years ago.

Thanks again for your video!  It was the best money I ever spent!  It was so worth it.  The wife also sends her thanks and regards.

You the MAN!  More power to the APPLIANCE MAN!

Cheers,
Andy

Angel,

When recently distressed about my dryer failing I went searching the Internet for tips on diagnosing the problem. I hated the thought of hiring a repair man to fix what may be a $.35 solution (something simple like changing a fuse).

After being disappointed by the other repair websites, I was really delighted to find a self-help downloadable video at a very reasonable price:  http://washer-dryer-repair-videos.com.

The easy, step-by-step instructions in the video helped a novice like me nailed the repair and perhaps saved my marriage. I was even able to call Angel directly (something unheard of in today's world of instructional video producers) and got a quick answer to a concern I had.

I just wished that Angel was a subject matter expert on every electronic gadget under the sun.

Thanks,

I took apart the drive train but got stumped on the order of reassembly for the clutch retainer clip and thrust washer, your video explained it for me, thanks for the video.

Angel,

I received the videos right away and was able to fix my washer in less than 10 minutes!!!

Thanks again Angel!!!

Tim

Angel,

Yes, I received the videos and they were fantastic!  Detailed but simple to follow.  I went from not having a clue what the problem was, to having the washer dismantled, the problem identified (motor drive coupling), and the washer put back together in under one hour.  Thanks for a great service!

Brett

Okay, thanks!

Your video was a great help.  Turned out to be the thermal cutoff.

 Dave

Thank for your video. I am not good with fixing things but your video made it easy and I fixed the dryer by myself and saved some money. Thanks Angel!

Nomar

Angel,

I downloaded the videos and view them and repaired the dryer.
Very good service.

Thank you very much,

Oliver

Hi Angel,

Thanks again for your help on the phone the other other day. My new timer switch arrived today and our washer is as good as new.

Your videos are great and your customer service is even better. I won't hesitate to buy your videos again in the future.

Many thanks,

Ken Laidl

Angel,

Thanks for getting back to me. I went on line and purchased  the video and was able to find the problem.

You were right it was not the motor bearings but the blower wheel.

Your video saved me a bunch of money and kept me from pulling out what is left of my hair. I will continue to recommend your videos to all my friends.

Dear Angel,

Your videos helped me allot. From taking apart the dryer to figuring out the problem, a bad gas valve coil and then fixing it. Everything went smooth and our dryer is operating as it should be again.

Rest assured, if any of our appliances start acting up in the future, I will definitely be visiting your website again.

Thanks again,
Channing Kenniker

Angel,

Your videos are awesome found and fixed problem just like you said....very easy to follow and i really enjoy watching on video as it is much easier to watch someone then do it yourself......oh by the way saved myself over 120 dollars by doing it myself.....thanks again

Rich

Angel,

Your video is outstanding!

When our dryer had no heat, we thought about getting rid of it and buying a new one since it is 5 years old and the cost of repair would have been more than its worth.

I searched online and found some information, but since I didn't know anything about the inside of a dryer, I didn't know how to check or repair the problem.  After watching your video, I was able to quickly pinpoint the problem, which was a bad heating element.

I purchased a new part, installed it in two minutes and now the dryer is working great! Not only did I save hundreds of dollars, but I also have a great sense of accomplishment thanks to you.  May God bless you!

Nelson

Angel,

After 3 weeks without a washer, piles of dirty clothes, $10 at the laundromat & a fickle husband, I was tired of waiting and decided to see if I could fix it myself.

I found your website and even though my husband was skeptical, I was confident, especially after reading your encouraging words of how simple it could be.  I downloaded one video, and read ALL the other free written information on everything else.

It was so easy!  I was excited!  It was the lid switch!  The screw holes were cracked and not holding it in place.  The stores were closed by then and I used duct tape to hold it in place and washed 17 loads of laundry.

Still haven't bought the $30.00 part to replace it yet but I fixed it!  NOT MY HUSBAND!  ME!  Thank you Angel for all the confidence you gave me and for your wonderful website, I will be back and will tell all my friends about you!  You saved us a lot of time and money we didn't have.

Angel,

Replaced the flame sensor and the dryer is working- Thank you. My friend is having problems with his washing machine, I'm going to hook him up with your web site.

Steven Browne

Angel,

Your videos are such a good idea. I fixed my dryer for much less than the call-out charge and you are very reasonable with your prices. Thank you.

Jim

Angel,

Thanks.  Your instructions on the video were beautiful and we completed the repair of the idler pulley wheel; the dryer works again without the high-pitched squeal.  I bought the white lithium grease at AutoZone and the idler pulley wheel at an appliance store parts department.  The whole repair cost us $30. instead of probably over $100. using “the Maytag man.”  My six-year-old son helped me with the repair so it was the perfect father/son activity; and, my wife gave me a kiss when we were done.

 Peter

Hey Angel,

I figured it out. The seal wasn't seated all the way to the bottom so it was scraping the top of the outside drum creating too much tension to spin. It works great thanks to your video. What other appliances do you have video for? I'll spread the good word
Thanks for all of your support.

Angel,

I purchased your video on "how to fix a dryer"... bought the parts and within 1 hour... whalah!  fixed... plus i changed other parts (bearings) while i was replacing the belt.

Total cost of belt/bearings plus your video: $25.00
estimate from local appliance repair shop: $125.00
Saved: $100.00 smackaroos!
Thank-You, the video was brilliant and I could not have done it without, I'll be returning if necessary.

Sincerely,
Leanna Keyes

Angel was awesome! Thanks for all the help. He taught me techniques to trouble shoot my washer inability to agitate. Was able to confidently learn that it was not a transmission or motor problem but stripped plastic Agitator Assembly. Highly recommend his video!!!

Richard

OUTSTANDING instructional videos--will highly recommend it to anyone with the appliances you service.

Angel,

I received the parts I ordered online and the dryer seems to be working great. Thanks again for the help. Here's my testimonial that you can post-

I don't consider myself particularly handy so I wasn't very confident that I would be able to troubleshoot my gas dryer that wasn't heating. I came across Angel's website and watched some sample clips and decided it was worth spending $10.00 to try to learn it myself. Turns out it's a lot easier to work on my dryer than I thought! I had considered just getting a new dryer because mine was "old" but with Angel's help and his videos it took me no time to figure out the problem and fix it for about $25.00 in parts. I highly recommend his videos and I was very impressed that he responded over email (even late on a Saturday evening) to answer a few of my questions.

Thanks again,

Brian

Angel

Yesterday I viewed some of your video clips on a washer no spin/drain problem and the replacement of the lid switch for which I had to open up the machine to gain access. I memorized what I saw, and went over to my niece's home and tackled the problem head on. I am proud to say "mission accomplished". I got it working, and saved my niece some big bucks. Thanks for being out there and god bless.

Angel

I linked up to your site while searching for info on washer repair. What a source of information you are. I ordered the DVD on Whirlpool direct drive washer repair for future reference. I'm a handyman kind of guy from NYC (Boricua), retired, in Florida con mi gente. Thanks.

I just wanted to say thanks for the help with the video.  I was able to easily open the washer and find/fix the problem.

Thanks.
Mark

The problem was the exhaust hose.....it runs about 10-12 feet under my house to the outside.  I took it off and rinsed it out with the water hose and a HUGE hunk of lint came out, probably where it dips.  It is aluminum flexible tubing....THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE HELP!!!!! It is good to know that there are still people out there that will help out and save people lots of money with just a little knowledge and time....You don't know how much you have helped me....I just had to replace my hot water heater on the Friday before my dryer messed up on Sunday......The cost was $550....and I just couldn't afford a new dryer, must less a service tech call......Again, THANKS SO MUCH........

Lisa

Angel, Just wanted to let you know the part came today 1/2 hour later my washing machine was up and running.  Your videos made it simple and I believe I saved at least a $100.00.  Here the cost of a service call analysis would have been $96.00 plus the return trip charge, plus the part and installation charge.  I went that route with my dishwasher repair where I paid $165.00 for Sears to install a 15 cent plastic part that was as big as a dime.  Your repair videos  are priceless.

Thank you
Eric
