Awesome!   That's what I have to say about your exceptional, step-by-step video!   I followed your instruction to the letter and am ecstatic that I just FIXED my washer machine with a $15 part.   It took about
30 minutes to complete and I couldn't be happier... my pile of clothes is slowly dissipating now that I have my washer back in operaiton.   I'm especially satisfied because, with your expert assistance, I was able to do it myself and saved buying a brand new machine.

Your videos are great and I just bought a second one from you to fix my gas dryer that I had almost given up on.   It's early in the diagnostic process but with one success under my belt I'm confident that I'll fix this machine as well.   Thank you immensely for filling a great void between DIY and the serviceman!

Just wanted to add my thank you for such instruction, easy to follow videos. My Kenmore washer failed Friday and no repairman would schedule for a week and $150.  Then, I found your videos and my husband and I repaired our washer for under $30 (including the $10 for the video.  More importantly, I am washing clothes right now and not down for a week.   Thank you.  The video is awesome.

It's 2am and I'm pumped up!   With your help I'm now 2 for 2!    Two weeks ago I fixed my washing machine with your help and now I've just finished replacing the coils on my
gas dryer -  with your step-by-step approach it took me less than 5 minutes with a $20 part to fix a dryer I was ready to junk!

Thank you so much again for filling this HUGE void between service calls and "almost" DIY.   With your videos you turn novices into pros in 5 minutes of video.  You have been a blessing
to me this month!

Best wishes.

Hi Angel,

Thank you very much for your site and your quick responses.

My problem ended up not being the motor at all. I had a shorted electrical outlet. The short in combination with the amperage of the motor, was heating up the motor or some electrical component on the washer shut it down. I fixed the short and the machine is working properly now.

Your web site and your email responses saved me the purchase of a new washing machine.

I appreciate your help,

Thank you,

Joe  4/14/08

Angel,

Your videos are a great idea. I was so tired of paying the sears repair man $75 to tell me what was wrong and then charge $250 to fix it when the darned appliance did not cost $300 to start with.

You videos are so easy to use anyone can do it. I watched 3 of the videos and I diagnosed the problem in less than 20 minutes. Then I used sears.com to find the part numbers and then ordered the replacement parts on eBay. Cost was $14 for both parts and shipping. Dryer is now working fine. My wife says I am the MAN…But we know the truth… You are the MAN!

I wish you continued success in your endeavors!

Angel,

Thank you, SO MUCH, for your excellent video clips.  I couldn’t have done it without you!  Before your server went out, I watched the clips so many times that I didn’t need the server any more, I knew how to do it from memory.  It ended up being the clutch and it’s all back together and working well.  I will tell other people that need this kind of help about your wonderful website.  Thanks again for everything!  Be blessed!

Your video was great; very clear and easy to understand!!  fixed my dryer without a problem! The hardest part was getting one of the screws loose!

Thanks again

Angel,
These videos were great!  I played the one that you have loaded to YouTube (Whirlpool gas dryer not heating), then went to the web site to get the others.  The best $10 I've spent in a long time - clear, straight forward instruction.  I was able to fix my Kenmore dryer (thermal fuse) in no time flat.

Angel, your videos are the greatest. Found it.  I have not seen any video as instructed as yours.  You might want to think of doing a video of diagnostics. That is, of diagnosing or finding out what may be wrong with the particular washer.  Kudos Kudos on such a great product.

All the best,

Angel,

I can't thank you enough for having this service. I'm a Mom who likes to fix things myself but could not figure out how to get the top of the dryer off. Your video was clear and showed me exactly what to do. I had the dryer apart and the baffles tight in 10 min.

Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!! You saved me a large appliance repair bill.

I wanted to make sure you knew how much I appreciated your site, your videos and your help. I never thought I would be fixing my own washing machine. But, your videos made it so easy to understand what I had to do each step of the way.

In case you want some background, you may remember, my wife and I made a mistake several years ago when we bought one of the fancy washing machines with all the bells and whistles. This very expensive, state of the art machine was nothing but a problem.  Unfortunately we did not know about the recall until it was too late to get any help from the company. And the store wanted a fortune to fix it.  And with your kindness and help, we were able to determine that the machine was a lemon to begin with and it would cost more too fix it than to just go and get another one.

Again, with your guidance, you directed me to buy a simple machine. I remember you telling me to get one without the fancy electrical/computer gadgets.  They are more susceptible for damage.  So my wife and I took your advice and bought a very simple, pull knob model.  And it has been fine. Except, a few months ago, we realized that the machine had not been balanced on the legs correctly and water was not draining out completely after the cycle. The residue had built up and a foul, moldy odor was present.

Your videos made it so simple to understand how to take the machine apart, clean the inner drum and put it all back together. Your videos really saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation.   I am so glad you thought of creating these videos.  I will be telling all my friends about your easy-to-follow videos.

Thanks again.

Just wanted to say thanks for the help. I was able to blow can air back up the orifice were the gas nozzle is. The flame went from about 4 inches to about a foot. Heat at vent went from 100 Degrees to over 130. I really appreciate the quick response to my problem.

Thanks again,

Not a question but i just wanted to say that I purchased your videos today to fix an issue with our 3 year old kenmore dryer not heating up. I already had a feeling from all the research i had done that it was either the gas valve coils or the ignitor that needed replaced. I wish to thank you and commend you for creating such a truly useful product and selling it at a price that anyone should be able to afford. With the help of your videos, I, a computer 'geek' who have never had any experience fixing any appliance was able to figure out which part was bad and replace it. After putting in a new set of gas valve coils the dryer worked like brand new again. A repair which could have costed upwards of $100 to have someone fix only costed $30 for the part + $10 for the instructional videos. I am truly very impressed by the professional quality of your product. Thanks again!

I would just like to say thank you for your EXCELLENT tutorial on repairing
the older model Maytag washer.  It was necessary for me to replace the stem
seal and if not for your video, I would still have a small lake in my
laundry room.

So again Angel, thank you so VERY much and may you and yours have a Happy
and Healthy New Year.

With sincere regards,

Thanks Angel.  I really appreciate the tips.  As I said, your videos have been very helpful for me this far, and I am grateful that you took the time to respond to my email question.  I have forwarded the link to your site to a few of my "do it yourself" friends, as I know they will like it too.
